AI-Generated Content Limitations
The analysis is generated by artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude) and may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or misstatements. AI systems are not perfect and can make mistakes in:
- Interpreting visual content and text in advertisements
- Applying ASC rules to specific situations
- Identifying all potential compliance issues
- Providing accurate legal references
Warranty Disclaimer
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.
Your Responsibilities
You MUST:

4. User Responsibilities
By using this Service, you agree to:

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the advertisements and images you upload. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing compliance analysis.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Uploaded images are processed through third-party AI services (OpenAI) for analysis. By using this Service, you acknowledge and consent to this processing.
7. Limitation of Liability
Exclusion of Consequential Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Third Team Ventures shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Loss of business opportunities
- ASC rejection fees or resubmission costs
- Regulatory fines or penalties
- Damage to reputation or goodwill
- Cost of substitute services
Maximum Liability Cap
Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of:
- The amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, OR
- Five Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱5,000)
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
No Liability for Third-Party Content
We are not liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the ASC Guidebook content, third-party AI services (Anthropic), or any other external data sources used by the Service.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
9. Account Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm the Service or other users. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Third Team Ventures is a Limited Liability Company (LLC) organized under the laws of the State of California, United States of America.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English. The arbitration may be conducted remotely or in California, USA.
Note for Philippine Users: While this Service is governed by California law, Philippine consumer protection laws, data privacy laws (RA 10173), and advertising regulations may also apply to Philippine residents using the Service. In case of conflict, the law providing greater consumer protection shall prevail.
Jurisdiction
You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California, USA, for any actions not subject to arbitration.
