ASC Code of Ethics

The principles and category-specific rules that govern advertising standards in the Philippines.

The ASC Code of Ethics is the principles document that defines what is considered acceptable advertising content in the Philippines. It is organized around general principles (truth, fairness, decency, social responsibility) and category-specific rules for regulated industries — banking, food, alcohol, pharma, real estate, telco, and others.

The Code is paired with the Manual of Procedures, which defines how screening and appeals work in practice. The most recent revision is dated April 2024.
